A very nice shot, with great light use, and with an obviously great subject matter. The scene is very natural, however I would offer that the pose looks a little forced. While we get her very nice profile of her perfect face, it makes it look like she is posing for a photo. I would have maybe let her look out of the window, as if the shot was capturing something she would be doing without a camera being present.
You are either a troll, or very rude. It is not polite to simply deride the work with the blunt comment "photoshop" like you are a Simon Cowell-esq judge. It would be constructive to offer a reason why you think it looks photoshoped, so you can either be applauded for pointing out something with your expertise, or rebutted.
